One of WDMH’s richest resources is its volunteers. Annually, dozens of volunteers donate thousands of hours of service to the hospital community. From high school students to senior citizens, there is a role for everyone.
Volunteering has a positive impact on the overall health of not only the people we serve but volunteers themselves. Here’s why many volunteers tell us they continue to give their time to WDMH:

Opportunities at WDMH are as diverse as the volunteers themselves:
Staffing the Gift Shoppe whose duties include assisting customers, operating the cash register, and restocking the shelves
Working with community partners assisting with various fundraising activities
